PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) are both regenerative treatments that use your body’s own plasma to stimulate healing and collagen production. While both begin with a blood draw, PRP is spun at a high speed to isolate the plasma, whereas PRF is spun more gently to obtain a higher concentration of platelets. PRF can be injected in its liquid form to rejuvenate the skin or heated into a gel—known as EZ Gel—which offers the added benefit of subtle, natural-looking volume, functioning similarly to a dermal filler.
