She has made this experience less nerve-wracking as I am highly afraid of needles lol but overall, my visits have been nothing but positive. They staff is also super attentive to your needs, quick with email response times, and follow up with you to see how you are doing post procedure! I highly recommend you check them out. I had a great experience at Velour Medical with Cyma. It was my first visit and Cyma took the time to listen to my concerns and offer thoughtful recommendations and plans for the next time I come in. For the first time, an injector got my units exactly right. I usually have to go back for more in my 11 area, but not this time. She made me feel very comfortable with no pain! I cannot recommend Cyma and the Velour team enough. Also, a huge plus is the office is stunning!

I recently went to Velour to see Cyma for Botox after holding off for 2 years and the whole experience from start to finish was beyond expectations! I was nervous about doing Botox again after such a long time and Cyma couldn’t have been sweeter and more patient. She could’ve easily shrugged off my concerns and encouraged me to move ahead, but instead she took the time to talk me through all of my concerns, make sure I felt educated and comfortable and review a bunch of options until I landed on exactly what felt right. I also left with a cute little Velour Medical ice pack. I’m now 2 weeks out from my appointment and everything is settling in perfectly- I’ve gotten so many compliments on how refreshed I look and how natural the Botox is! Botox I’ve had in the past has given me a spotched brow and required touch ups but Cyma has the magic touch and did it perfectly on the first try! I couldn’t recommend Cyma more! I’ll never let anyone else touch my face ✨

Cyma was beyond fantastic. Her waitlist is long, but for good cause! I booked my appointment with her after years of wanting to try lip fillers. I had my botox/filler done elsewhere with an MD, who disclosed that lip fillers are very painful. I did research and heard many stories of extreme pain and bruising, and then gave up on my dreams of having non-tiny lips. Then a friend of mine went to Cyma for her lips and told me it was painless! I bit the bullet can confirm - I experienced NO pain with Cyma!! She used a strong numbing cream and dental blocks so the experience was entirely pain-free! I had almost no bruising either because she gave a small container of homeopathic pills to take at home. My lips look so natural. I am amazed by the care Cyma puts into her clients - she spent about 40 minutes or so with me! She also helped address some pesky wrinkles with botox in my lower jaw area, which no one else had yet suggested in my years of botox. I have full faith in her abilities and am happy to say I am a devoted Cyma client!! You won't regret getting on the waitlist for one of her coveted appointments. She is the real deal!!!

Cyma was phenomenal. I did .5 lip filler and she made sure it was gonna be as painless and comfortable as possible. I can tell she is super careful and experienced. The process was quick and comfortable and made me less scared to come in regularly for treatment. I am definitely coming to see her again in a few months. Also note that her results are very natural. Cyma is the best! I started seeing her a few years ago for botox after a really bad experience at a chain med spa in the city. She always addresses my concerns and listens to what I do or don't want, which is hard to come by these days.
